Placing an order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund it in full, if the item is unavailable, the price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Payment is taken at checkout.

Product descriptions and images

We describe products as accurately as we can, using the manufacturer's specifications and real customer feedback. Colors can look different between screens. Where a measurement is not published by the manufacturer, we say so rather than estimating one.

Customer reviews

Reviews shown on product pages are copied from the manufacturer's own listing for the same product and are attributed as they appear there. We do not write reviews and we do not pay for them.
