Ragon is a small online shop run by one person in Orange, California. We sell going-out bags, one at a time, and we try to be straight with you about what they are.
How we work
We do not hold stock. We find a bag we would carry, we order it in, and our manufacturing partner ships it directly to you. That keeps the price sensible and it is also the reason delivery takes 7 to 14 business days rather than two. We would rather tell you that on the product page than surprise you after you have paid.
What we will not do
We do not write our own reviews. The reviews on our product pages were left by real buyers on the manufacturer's own listing, and we copy them across word for word, including the ones that mention a bag arriving squished.
We do not invent measurements. When a manufacturer does not publish a dimension, we say so instead of estimating one and hoping.
We do not claim a bag is tougher than it is. Our current bag is light and decorative. It is a going-out bag, and the page says so.
If something goes wrong
Email us. You have 30 days from delivery to return anything for a refund, and if it arrives damaged or does not turn up at all, we sort it out rather than making you argue for it.

Ragon is a trading name of Compass AI Group LLC, a single member limited liability company registered in California.
We are registered with the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration and collect California sales tax at checkout where it applies.
