Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States.

How long it takes

Free shipping on every order. Delivery takes 7 to 14 business days.

Orders are dispatched by our overseas supplier, which is why delivery is not one or two days. We would rather quote you a window we can actually hit than a fast one we cannot. The window above is our supplier's own worst case with extra time added.

When your order ships

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will get a confirmation email when the order is placed. Tracking follows once the parcel is scanned by the carrier, which can take a few days after dispatch.

If it is late

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the order date, email us and we will either replace it or refund it. You do not need to fight us about it.

Where we ship

United States only at this time. If you order from outside the US, we will refund you rather than leave the order sitting.
